Admissions at Hearts Academy
Welcome to Hearts Academy! We are dedicated to supporting homeschool families by offering Christ-centered tutorial classes, resources, and enrichment programs. Our admissions process is designed to be straightforward and supportive, ensuring a smooth transition into our community.
Application Process
Step 1.
Apply Online
- Complete the online application form and pay a $25.00 per student application fee. Applications are reviewed upon receipt of payment.
Step 2.
Application Review:

Our admissions team will review your application and check the provided references. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, especially when applying for a new academic year.
Step 3.
Interview:

We will contact you to schedule an interview to discuss your family's educational goals and how Hearts Academy can support them.
Step 4.
Acceptance Notification:

Accepted families will receive an acceptance letter via the provided email address.
Step 5.
Enrollment Packet

Upon acceptance, complete the enrollment packet and pay a $100.00 per family enrollment fee. This includes registering for classes and paying non-refundable registration fees, which vary based on the registration date:

March/April $75 per class

May $85 per class

June forward $100 per class​
Step 6.
Mandatory Contract Review Meeting:

Attend an in-person contract review meeting to finalize enrollment. You are not fully enrolled until you attend this meeting.
Step 7.
Final Details

After registration, you will receive tuition billing information. Books will be distributed on the first day of school. You are encouraged to attend our Open House before school starts to meet tutors and obtain uniforms.

Registration Meetings:

Accepted families must attend one of three registration meetings. Early attendance is encouraged to benefit from early registration pricing.

First come first serve, once classes fill, enrollment will be closed

UNIFORM POLICY
At Hearts Academy, students are required to wear uniforms during school hours. The available uniform items and their costs are as follows:

T-Shirt: $25.00

Long Sleeve Shirt: $30.00

Jacket: $40.00
Please note that if a student arrives without the appropriate uniform, a new item will be provided, and a minimum charge of $25.00 will be invoiced to the parent's account. Uniforms can be purchased during registration or by contacting the administration office.
