Pricing is based per class. You can choose as many or as few classes you desire to attend.

There is a non-refundable registration fee per class due at time of sign up. 

If you register early the registration fees are reduced:

Registration Fees K-12th Grade

• Pre-School Registration $120

• March/April $75 per class 

• May $85 per class

• June forward $100 per class​

 

All classes are the normal one hour except Math classes. Math classes are an hour and half.

* Most full days include 5 classes, one being math class. In addition they will have Lunch/Chapel/PE

Preschool K-4

• Annual Preschool Tuition :   $1700.00 

• Registration Fee: $120.00​

Elementary

• Annual Price Per Class Tuition: $600.00 (YEARLY) includes books.

• Annual Price Per Math Class Tuition : $700.00 (YEARLY) includes books.

• Annual LUNCH/CHAPEL/PE: $300.00 (YEARLY)

 

Elementary School In Summary: 

• Tuition Full Day (5 classes)  $3400 includes lunch hour

• 10-month payment plans available = $340 monthly

• Families pre-paying annual tuition in full receive 5% tuition discount 

• Classes are also available ala carte.

• Annual Price Per Math Class Tuition : $700.00 (YEARLY) includes books.

• Science Lab Fees: TBD ($25-$50)

• Annual LUNCH/CHAPEL/PE:  $300.00 (YEARLY)

 

High School In Summary: 

• Tuition Full Day (5 classes)  $3900 includes lunch hour(closed campus policy)

• 10-month payment plans available = $390 monthly

• Families pre-paying annual tuition in full receive 5% tuition discount

• Classes are also available ala carte.

Alternate Day Small Group Tutoring/Homework Support (9:00-12:30) Space is limited.

• Two Days/Full Year $1800 (10 month payment plan available at $180 per month)​

• One Day/Full Year  $1000 (10 month payment plan available at $100 per month)

FEES

​

• FACTS BILLING FEE- A fee of $55.00 (if 10 monthly payments are chosen) or $25.00 (if 1 full payment is chosen)  per family will be charged by the FACTS billing system once you set up your payment plan.​

• NEW STUDENT APPLICATION FEE (not for returning families)- A fee of $25.00 per NEW student for application is due at time of application. ​

• ENROLLMENT/RE-ENROLLMENT FEE- $100.00 per family will be charged during the enrollment packet.​

All students are required to wear the uniform and any jackets must be hearts academy uniform. You may where pants of choice as long as they abide by dress code.

• Lunch Fees-Daily lunch costs are $5.00 - $7.00 per lunch. You pre-order your lunches on our Family portal login.
  **Please note: Lunches CAN NOT be ordered the day of or at school. Please make sure the order is placed before the school day to be served.**
